Role: Sales Consultant
Location: the greater Plainfield, IN area
Earnings Potential: $125,000+ ($50K Forgivable Draw + Commission)

What You’ll Do Every Day
  • Conduct in-home consultations using a fully equipped mobile showroom.
  • Recommend flooring solutions that fit style, function, and budget.
  • Use modern tools (iPad, laser measuring devices, CRM software) to create polished proposals.
  • Grow your personal referral network through community events and networking.
  • Deliver a 5-star experience that keeps clients coming back and referring friends.
  • Hit and exceed sales goals — your earnings are uncapped and in your control.
What You Bring to the Table as a Sales Consultant
  • 2+ years of sales experience (flooring or home improvement preferred)
  • Passion for design, helping people, and creating beautiful spaces
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator
  • Tech-savvy with tablets, CRM systems, and measuring tools
  • Self-motivated and excited to thrive in a performance-based role
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to visit clients in evenings/weekends
